It is known for a fact that former President Barack Obama was constantly being played by every single foreign leader he attempted to negotiate with, and despite the liberal media never exposing this, after a 100 days of example leading by President Trump, it is clear to all.
President Trump talked tough on the trade with China, but he wanted to keep open doors for consideration in other areas such as North Korea. One of his main goals was and still remains to get rid of the potential threat that North Korea brings to the table, and as far as the trade is concerned, it can be dealt with later.
This is overall a smooth and genius move by Trump because after he gave them the carrot or the stick choice, they are finally taking him seriously about getting North Korea in check.
According to reports, there is a massive shift in the China-North Korea relations, as China is getting fed up with their long-time ally North Korea and are moving closer toward the U.S.
Lu Kang, the Chines Foreign Ministry spokesman stated that Beijing was “gravely concerned about North Korea’s recent nuclear and missile activities”. Lu Kang then went on to praise the US saying
“American officials did make some positive and constructive remarks… such as using whatever peaceful means possible to resolve the (Korean) Peninsula nuclear issue. This represents a general direction that we believe is correct and should be adhered to,” Lu said.
He went on to say, “we maintain close contacts with the US on the current situation.”
“China’s position on opposing a nuclear-capable North Korea is firm, clear and consistent,” Lu added.
If you ask us, this is extremely good news as it shows how little the Chinese respected Obama, but how much they respect Trump.
